How GENDOKAN SELECT handles information needed for purchase and reading.

Information handled
We handle account identifiers, contact details, order and payment references, entitlements, minimum access and security records, and support messages. GENDOKAN servers do not collect or store card numbers.
Purposes
Information is used to verify identity and payment, grant access, deliver content, prevent misuse, provide support and meet legal requirements.
External service
Stripe processes payments and handles required payment information under its own terms and privacy policy.
Retention and protection
Information is retained only for operational and legal periods, with reasonable controls including access restriction, secret separation and audit records.
