GENDOKAN SELECT terms
Basic conditions for using digital topics with the purchasing account.

Each purchase confirmation shows the topic description, audience, price, format and access conditions.
Account
Access is granted to the purchaser's account. Login information and access rights must not be shared with another person.
Intellectual property and permitted use
Text, images, video and other materials are for the purchaser's personal study. Republishing, resale, public sharing and systematic copying are not permitted.
Updates
A topic may receive ordinary improvements and knowledge updates. A material change to the main sales promise is offered as a separate product.
Refunds and cancellation
Customer-reason refunds or cancellations are not accepted after digital delivery begins. Duplicate or incorrect charges, inability to deliver, and provider or legal requirements are reviewed separately.
Educational scope
Everyday content is educational and wellness information, not individual diagnosis or treatment. Practitioner content is for the purchaser who meets the stated qualification requirements for that topic.
Discontinuing one-time courses
If a one-time course is discontinued, the purchasing account is told at least 3 months before the end date. The purchased content stays readable until that date. Discontinuation itself is not a ground for a refund.
What GENDOKAN PRO is
GENDOKAN PRO is a work tool that helps East Asian medicine and acupuncture professionals organize findings and compare pattern-element combinations and discriminating questions. It does not diagnose, prescribe or set doses. The practitioner makes every final judgment and intervention. It must not be used for patient self-assessment.
Anonymous cases and records
Cases use a system-generated case code. Do not enter a name, contact details, clinic patient number or anything else that identifies a patient. Only the recorded findings, the pattern judgments and the knowledge and engine versions are stored.
Reference material
Treatment methods and formulas are shown as cited reference material, by formula name only, without doses, products or where to buy. Reposting, redistribution or systematic copying of the displayed content is not permitted.
Subscription and cancellation
The subscription renews monthly or yearly. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period, with full access until then. There is no mid-period refund for customer cancellation.
Updates and discontinuation
Knowledge and features may be updated to improve them. If the service is discontinued, it will be announced in advance and paid periods handled individually.
What the Body Atlas is
The Body Atlas is educational material for acupuncture and healthcare professionals and students to study candidate acupoint positions and the related anatomy in 3D. 3D positions are study candidates; they do not give an individual's point location, needle depth or angle, or a diagnosis or treatment. Actual treatment and decisions are the user's own responsibility.
Content and rights
The curated content (acupoint profiles, anatomical relations, muscle origins and insertions) and the interface belong to us and may not be reposted, redistributed or systematically copied. The 3D models are based on Z-Anatomy and BodyParts3D and are provided under CC BY-SA 4.0, and may be used within that licence (see 'Licences and attribution' in the atlas).
